
Established in 1958, the European Investment Bank (EIB) provides long-term finance for European projects. In line with the European Union’s objectives, the EIB supports its external policies, especially in the area of development aid and cooperation.
Since 1963, the EIB has been actively involved in financing the development of the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries. The West Africa region benefits from this privileged partnership.
