These annual reports summarise the view of Operations Evaluation (EV) on how the Bank conducts its operations. Each report is based on the evaluations carried out during the previous 2 years maximum, and sometimes following a regional priority.

The 2006 edition of the overview report focuses on the assessment of the Bank’s financing operations in ACP countries under the fourth Lomé Convention. This report summarises the evaluations of EIB financing through individual loans and global loans and covers a sample representing 20% of the Bank’s activities over the period in question.
