Mr. Guido Bichisao, Head of Financial Engineering and Advisory Services within the EIB, gave a presentation at the 3rd annual Platts European Emissions Markets conference held in Brussels 6-7 October, 2011. The presentation focused on EIB preparations for implementation of the NER 300 monetisation scheme as outlined in the Cooperation Agreement signed with the European Commission.
