Once you successfully completed your on-line application, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement to the e-mail address that you have specified in your profile. This will confirm that your application has been successfully submitted and will contain a link towards the Candidate portal.
We advise you to keep your personal information, and especially your email address, up-to-date at all times in order to receive communications from the Recruiting team.
Your application will be included in the Bank's recruitment database, and will be treated confidentially (EC Regulation 45/2001).
The Bank will then conduct a comparative analysis of the applications received in light of the job requirements and will shortlist the candidates whose qualifications and experience are judged as better adapted to the specific vacancy.
If you are short-listed for a job, you will be contacted in order to continue the selection process, which will include telephone and/or direct personal interviews.
All candidates are required to pass psychometric tests, as well as going through a personality assessment before being recruited for any position. However, for many posts, candidates are also required to pass professional tests.
You will receive feedback on your application as soon as a decision is made.
